Rudeboy
Paul began his journey in to the World of Media way back in
1995, presenting a Youth Environmental program, namely
Ecovision, it was during this time that he was also
completing media studies at the Boston City Campus. |

Oppikoppi’s collaboration with Pukkelpop brought to life the
“Wablief” stage (meaning excuse me/I beg your pardon, in
Flemish.) Pukkel Pop- Belguim, the place, Wablief, the
stage, Rudeboy + Mabi Thobejane ,Tumi and The volume,B.O.P.-
the set
From Thursday night 19th August, when Mabi and Rudeboy, set
the pace, there was no looking back for the South African
performers as they were in the race., thought out the
weekend. The Belgian musically receptive atmosphere was just
what the S.A bands needed
The stage performance, Tribal beats and costume’s of Mabi
and Rudeboy had them in owe.
The due had the crowd, bumping and jumping the whole 50mins,
including an extra 15min audience requested anchor.
Tumi and the Volume and B.O.P. had their fare share of
providing absolute Kwai Hop vide, Pukkelpop will not forget.
With a complete line up of alternate music, Pukkelpop,
showcased close to 50 bands on average per day.
The like’s of faithless, 50cents, the Darkness, DJ Krush,
luciano, Dj Tiasto(who incidentally created a platform to
collapse) and more.
Wablief had the rainbow nation on show, including Afrikaans
rock band- fokofpolosiekar- rock stars indeed.
The Magic does not end there, since the inception of the
Mabi and Rudeboy collaboration, bookings are streaming in.
The new found due, who choose to call themselves, 2 Azania,
will also showcase @ the Macufe festival in Bloemfontein.
